One of my favorite things in the world is chocolate so I reflect that taste in my cupcakery in San Antonio. My parents got on a KETO diet for weight loss, and that prompted me to do some research about it and find out what are the benefits of KETO or KETOGENIC diet, and how can I use it in my cupcakes to bring a healthier option for my clients in San Antonio using organic ingredients.
Let’s talk about what it’s a keto diet and how it is useful and here’s what I found:
The whole point of me starting lookup bakery was to ensure that I’m able to provide healthcare options everyone but it comes to desserts and to be able to give back to my community, especially the kids in the community, as I always wanted to do something related to kids when I grew up.
Gigi’s Cupcakes San Antonio, Saweet Cupcakes San Antonio, and others are also having Vegan and Gluten FREE Options and I am very happy about it. Like Elon Musk, I also want everyone to move to healthier options and if I can make this concept a success, then, I am sure we will have healthier happier future generations. If he can sell cars online then why not Cupcakes? 🙂
So when I started my cupcakery and tea business, I evaluated opening a physical location and establishing myself the traditional way. Then I thought, why should I spend all that money leasing the real state space when I can use that money to make my cupcakes healthier. As finally, the money I will spend establishing the physical location will result in my customers having to pay for it as I have to pass on that cost to my customers. If I do that, then I would have to compromise my quality and the effort that I will put to make my cakes and cupcakes.
So rather than investing in real estate, I decided that I should promote my cupcakes using online channels. I will save money in establishing a brick-and-mortar Cupcakery and Tea and use that into using better ingredients, As we mostly use ORGANIC ingredients in our cupcakes. Also, I will be able to share that money that I make with gets charities in San Antonio.
